Carsten Schüerhoff, a business graduate, studied at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel. He is an expert when it comes to finding and successfully implementing new digital business areas in established companies. He started his career at the management consultancy Arthur D. Little in Wiesbaden and in Silicon Valley. Other positions included Bertelsmann, Bauer Media in the role of publishing director of BRAVOfamily, managing director of people and digital, and managing director of marketing & sales in a start-up. Today, he passes on his experience as the person responsible for innovation management in the management consultancy Iskander Business Partner. In his consultations and lectures, he inspires his participants with a wide range of best practice examples and hands-on instructions. He knows how to create a fertile climate for creativity and innovation, how to break down mental blocks, and how to clear the way for new ideas and business models.
