Eberhard Schuy is an expert when it comes to visual impressions and techniques for increasing creativity. Many companies and agencies book him when it comes to implementing concepts perfectly or firmly implementing creativity in teams. As a specialist author of several books on product photography and author of the creative book >Timbulär<, he has written books that have since been translated into several languages. The philosopher, as he is sometimes called, is a convincing speaker with clear statements. He impresses his audience with his knowledge, authenticity and personality. Eberhard Schuy is head of a studio for creative product photography, managing director of the Funde publishing house, inventor of a solar motor and speaker at many events on the topics of > creativity > motivation > visual perceptions. Approximately 12,000 participants have already been able to gain impulses, inspiration and motivation for their daily work as well as for their private lives in many lectures and courses.
Surprise and convince with creative reason
If ideas can be implemented and work, we are at least enthusiastic. However, if there is intention and strategy behind them, we have already built the fascination that inevitably motivates and leads to success. The path to this can be planned strategically!
Creative reason can be developed in a targeted manner, making innovations plannable.
The CS > creative solutions > or KL > creative solutions department should not be missing in any company.
Become a creative personality who makes innovations plannable.
Creativity means creating something new, outside of the familiar!
It takes motivation to become creative and rich in ideas!
"How do you even come up with an idea like that?"
This question already predicts failure and demotivation!
Even if you knew the answer, you would only have the answer for a copy. Creativity can be compared to a language that needs to be learned. The core competency of the 21st century is creativity; only those who can handle it have a chance of success. Learn how to grow your creativity potential, become aware of it, and achieve recognition and success in your professional and personal life.

The importance of visual perception
How your visual appearance can be effective and lasting, support your personality, and direct the viewer's focus to you!
...and time and again, the protagonist powerfully puts themselves in the foreground without considering the viewer or observer. 85% of online and live appearances are visually completely pointless, thoughtless, and ineffective! Their sustainability is determined by the laws of visual and emotional impact. This presentation will explain how impressions are repeatedly recalled in our minds and how they remain in our minds for a long time (in music, this would be called a catchy tune).

"Eberhard Schuy managed to help me develop my own personal style and visual language. He achieved this through individual support that far exceeded my high expectations. A broadening of horizons, far beyond photography!"

On the book Timbulär
"Timbulär" is Eberhard Schuy's synonym for "creative." However, his book is not a creative workshop, but a highly personal exploration of his own creative process. That's what makes it so good and inspiring. A must-read for all creative professionals who want to understand and refresh their own creative processes.
A book about timbular creative processes in photography, where the images are merely accessories? Yes, because Eberhard Schuy uses words to explore what leads to the "creative act" of works. This is a very personal process, and through comparison with Following Schuy's own path, the reader gains a deeper understanding of his personal creative processes.
Eberhard Schuy focuses on thoughts, feelings, ideas, soul, mind, and spirit. However, his book is far from bloodless esoteric babble; it's too concrete for that. It's much more about allowing, non-judgmentally perceiving, and implementing timbular ideas, inner discourse, and the elimination of security and the inner censorship that stifle any creative process in the bud.
He himself puts it this way: "Timbular work means the instinctive creation of new works or perspectives, guided by the individual spirit."
