Edgar Itt, the expert on emotional stimuli for motivation, is a former German track and field athlete and Olympic medalist who was a successful 400-meter runner and 400-meter hurdler in the 1980s and 1990s. His most significant achievements: Bronze medal at the 1988 Seoul Olympics with the 4x400-meter relay team, two-time runner-up at the European Championships, European Cup winner and multiple German champion. He studied business administration at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and graduated with a degree in business administration. In his next career step, he worked in various management positions. Since 2000 he has been a personality trainer for managers and employees. In 2012, he was a mental coach for the German track and field athletes at the Olympic Games in London and has been coaching top athletes in the area of mental strength ever since.
