Until August 2021, I worked for 20 years on the management team at Phoenix Contact GmbH Co. KG. My areas of responsibility were Human Relations, Information Technology, and Facility Management Engineering. Today, with approximately 22,000 employees and a turnover of €3.5 billion, the company is the global market leader in electrical and electronic connection technology. Phoenix Contact has received numerous awards for excellent human resources and corporate culture. Therefore, as a practitioner and not as a consultant, I present how an excellent leadership culture can inspire employees and thus achieve above-average company success and attract and retain good specialists and workers despite demographic challenges. I was honored to be named one of Germany's leading human resources managers by the magazine Personalmagazin in its biennial survey in 2019, 2017, 2015, 2013, 2011, and 2009. In 2020 and 2021, I was named HR Manager of the Year by Markt & Technik.
I have also implemented all topics operationally as a managing director in an international company and am not a theoretical consultant. The listener will therefore learn tangible know-how from practical experience.

In 2020 and 2021, I was named HR Manager of the Year by Markt & Technik. I also had the honor of being named one of Germany's leading HR managers in 2019, 2017, 2015, 2013, 2011 and 2009 by the magazine Personalmagazin in its biennial survey. This makes me the only manager to have received this recognition six times and I have been inducted into the HR Hall of Fame.

First of all, I would like to thank you very much, also on behalf of the participants, for the exciting and rousing presentation on Friday at Schubert in Crailsheim. I was able to attend your presentation today at the Austrian Logistics Day in Linz and would like to congratulate you! Great, inspiring, authentic!
