Both in purchasing and for over 30 years in sales (he deliberately avoids the term "sales" because, according to his definition, many salespeople actually "sell" prospective customers). For Heinrich Altmiks, selling should always and everywhere be fun and easy - for him, this is also the key success factor in the tens of thousands of sales meetings he has conducted himself. "Let's regain the lightness that characterised us as children - especially in the sales process," is his credo.
