Helmut Roleder, a business coach, keynote speaker, and passionate networker, thrilled fans and experts during his illustrious career as a soccer goalkeeper for VfB Stuttgart. In 1984, he celebrated the German championship with the team and was named to the national team's European Championship squad. His second career began with one of his 900 published sports commentaries for a publishing house and led him to the company's management. He also built and successfully managed a large event agency. Communication and motivation played a key role in his appreciative leadership of his employees. As a co-founder of the Stuttgart Knowledge Forum and influenced by his TV and media experience, he successfully gives corporate presentations, acts as a moderator, and inspires audiences with a firework display of practical success knowledge. Helmut Roleder was the first goalkeeper in the Bundesliga to receive a red card. From this, he developed his leadership motto: I won't show anyone the red card - as long as they don't behave badly.
