Holger Stromberg, entrepreneur, restaurateur, consultant and chef for the German national soccer team for 10 years, began his career in his parents' business. After training in Michelin-starred gastronomy, he became the youngest German chef to earn his first star at the age of 23 and then went to the Hotel Rafael in Munich as the youngest chef at a Leading Hotel of the World. With his company f.e.b. GmbH, Stromberg built up a company operating throughout Europe in the fields of catering and gastronomy and advises gastronomic companies up to DAX companies. Through his involvement with the German national soccer team and winning the 2014 World Cup, he became the only “4-star chef” to achieve his unique selling point. Stromberg is considered a multi-talent, visionary lateral thinker and nutrition ambassador. He explains to his audience why nutrition is our second most important source of energy and how food affects our mental and physical performance - factors that are essential in the 21st century in order to play at the top of today's meritocracy.
