Opaschowski has made a name for himself both at home and abroad as "Mr. Future" (dpa) and "future pope" (FOCUS), a "political futurologist" (ddp), and a "visionary with a sense of proportion" (Nürnberg Newspaper). He is considered an "opinion maker" (DIE ZEIT), a "full-blooded scientist" (DIE WELT), and a "scientific thought leader" (WAZ) with "research qualities and a down-to-earth approach" (SPEYERER TAGESPOST). The futurist, whose "advice is sought after in Berlin as well as in New York" (WESTDEUTSCHE ZEITUNG), acts as the "rating king of science" (DIE ZEIT), is "one of the most sought-after thought leaders" (FAZ), and is considered one of the "truly important contacts in politics" (POLITIK & KOMMUNIKATION). At the same time, he acts as a "passionate advocate for a new generational justice" (DIE ZEIT): "A true beacon of hope" (KIELER NACHRICHTEN). His research is "forward-looking, objective, and credible" (FAZ). "Sometimes he reaches a conclusion that is devastating for practice," at other times "he boosts visitor numbers" (DER SPIEGEL). "He listens to the people's voices, he gives the government a good talking point" (dpa).
