Jan Bechler runs Finc3, the international digital agency group he founded, with almost 100 employees and offices in Germany, Spain and Slovakia. The industry magazine “W&V” voted him one of the “TOP 10 data strategists of German marketing agencies”. Media such as Handelsblatt, WELT and FAZ describe him as one of the leading experts in digital marketing and digitization.
For many years, Jan Bechler was responsible for the MEDIA ENTREPRENEURS innovation initiative at Axel Springer SE, where the digital business now accounts for 70% of total sales. This also included the founding of hy!, which is now managed by Christoph Keese and Lars Zimmermann and supports large international companies in matters of digital transformation.
