“Leonard Diepenbrock gave a lecture on innovation and change as part of a strategy meeting for our managers. His interesting CV and outstanding personality alone won us over from the start. The very entertaining presentation of his projects quickly made it clear to everyone that this is not about theory, but about doing things, which took the lecture to a different level. The topics covered were so convincing and impressive that we kept coming back to the topics and examples from the lecture during the course of the strategy meeting. We were really stimulated to think, something that had not been seen in previous lectures in this context.”
