Vita

Marco Bauer, a business IT graduate, digitalisation pioneer, entrepreneur and passionate speaker, gained his first practical experience at a young age. At the age of 24, he acquired a badly ailing company with eight employees at the time and completely turned it around without any industry or specialist knowledge. Today, after seven years, his company is on an expansion course, with 65 employees producing sophisticated production parts for various high-tech industries, building special systems or 3D printers. Marco Bauer himself is now considered a sought-after contact and pioneer in the field of digitalisation, because Industry 4.0 is a matter of course for him, long before the term was widely used in the media. His motto in life: "We must constantly think about how we can destroy our company ourselves, because if we don't do it today, someone else will do it tomorrow."
