Markus Fischer is THE expert when it comes to stage fright, performance and peak performance. He comes from the highly competitive international world of professional classical musicians. In 2004, aged just 23, he won his first audition at the first attempt and was principal percussionist with the Stuttgart Philharmonic Orchestra for 18 years. From 2009, he completed numerous certified training and further education courses in the field of psychology. Based on this knowledge, he developed his own methods and strategies for top mental performance & best performance on stage. This was quickly followed by invitations as a guest lecturer from renowned orchestras, music academies and universities on the subject of performance optimization. His coaching clients include renowned professional musicians, Olympic champions, members of the German parliament, DAX board members, actors, doctors, professors, entrepreneurs and anyone who needs to deliver top performance to the point. They all benefit from his knowledge and experience on the world's biggest stages. In his coaching sessions, training courses and lectures, he inspires his participants with a firework display of best-practice examples that resonate for a long time and bring about change. After his two 1st prizes at the biggest German Speakerslam 2023 and the SPEAKER NEWCOMER AWARD 2024, he is currently one of THE shooting stars of the speaker scene.
