Markus Fischer comes from the highly competitive international world of professional classical musicians. In 2004, at the age of only 23, he won his first audition at the first attempt and was the principal percussionist of the Stuttgart Philharmonic Orchestra for 18 years. Starting in 2009, he completed numerous certified training and continuing education courses in the field of psychology. From this knowledge he developed his own methods and strategies for mental peak performance & best performance on stage. This was quickly followed by invitations as a guest lecturer of renowned orchestras, music colleges and universities on the topic of performance optimization. In addition to professional musicians, his coaching clients include actors, doctors, professors, entrepreneurs, executives and anyone who needs to call up their top performance to the point. They all benefit from his knowledge and experience on the world's biggest stages. In his coaching sessions, trainings and lectures, he inspires his participants with a firework of best practice examples that resonate for a long time and bring about change.
