Markus Schmidt has been a referee in professional soccer for over 25 years and has officiated more than 400 matches. For 18 years, he himself was a referee in the first national league and currently acts as a video assistant in the famous “Kölner Keller”.

 

Markus Schmidt has also been a manager in human resources for over 15 years, the last eleven years at S-Bahn Stuttgart as Head of Human Resources and most recently as a member of the management board. As an entrepreneur, he also offers personality coaching and moderates events and workshops.

 

He also brings his many years of experience and great strength, the combination of sporting and professional leadership aspects, to bear in his keynote speeches. From successful communication, decision-making and change aspects to leadership no-gos, he reports in a practical and exciting way from his own experience on the pitch and in everyday office life.
