Martin Lengefeld holds a degree in business administration (FH), is a systemic business coach (ICA), certified trainer & expert for the persolog® personality model and a trained facilitator (LbL, Lindau, CH). In 2019, he received the Best Teaching Award from Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Business for his lecture "Effective communication also in performance". Martin Lengefeld has been training and coaching middle and senior managers in industry since 2001. He draws his international expertise, which he imparts in a practical way and with anecdotes from his professional life, from a mixture of experience as a trainer and from companies he has managed himself. He teaches at the Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences in Zurich and is a lecturer at the ZfU International Business School.
