The many enthusiastic responses from participants show that your scenarios on the future of the work system were not only highly interesting to us in terms of content, but also clearly demonstrated, with practical examples, the challenges that good HR work will have to face in the coming years."

"Dear Mr. Horx, just a short note to express my deep gratitude for the excellent presentation you gave at our conference in Edinburgh last week. We believe the conference was a great success and an integral part of that, having such a frank, candid perspective on the future of the postal industry delivered in a highly professional manner, which challenged the leadership of our membership."
Jane Dyer, Director, Markets and Communication, International Post Corporation
