Prof. Dr. Mojib Latif is arguably the most prominent global warming warning voice in Germany and one of the most sought-after climate experts. He is one of the authors of the IPCC reports and is considered a leading specialist in computer models that predict future climates. Mojib Latif, born in Hamburg in 1954, studied meteorology, received his doctorate in oceanography, and qualified as a professor in oceanography at the University of Hamburg in 1989. He has been a professor at the University of Kiel since 2003. One of his research focuses is anthropogenic influences on the climate. He has published numerous studies on climate change and is a sought-after interviewee on television and radio. For his ability to explain complex research findings in a way that is generally understandable, he has been awarded the Max Planck Prize for Public Science, among others. As a guest speaker at corporate events, Mojib Latif is highly praised by participants and organizers. He presents his theses in a clear, compelling, and easily understandable manner. He delivers his lectures in German and English.
