Rainer Deyhle is a lawyer and entrepreneur by tradition. But he also has another side and is known as Shaolin Rainer. He lived in the Shaolin Temple in China for many years and was a Buddhist monk for a long time. As a Buddhist, he learned how much influence the principle of mindfulness can have on normal life. As a coach and author, he is future-oriented and, precisely because of his spiritual attitude, also unconventional and honest. Inspiring and open-minded, he presents the added value of a Buddhist world view for companies, employees and decision-makers, which he vividly conveys in his talks and seminars, especially for non-Buddhists. Through a mix of examples, anecdotes and facts, he immediately creates a link to practice, which initially promises entertainment and later change. Use millennia-old Buddhist knowledge to equip your company for modern times and plan ahead for the exciting tasks ahead. The philosophy of Buddhism offers incredibly motivating solutions.
