Rasmus Ankersen is a bestselling author, entrepreneur and renowned expert on leadership and high performance. He is also chairman of the Danish soccer club FC Midtjylland, his youth club, and director of the English club Brentford FC. Both clubs are regarded as some of the most innovative soccer clubs in the world - particularly known for their use of big data to make informed decisions.

Rasmus Ankersen has worked and trained with some of the best athletes in the world, which has given him unique insights into the factors that give these athletes a decisive edge - personal characteristics such as focus, mental and physical endurance, but also the statistical analysis of performance and decision-making behavior.
