Rolf Schmiel is one of the best-known psychologists in Germany. He appears weekly as an expert on television and radio (including ARD, WDR and ZDF). International corporations and traditional medium-sized companies appreciate him as an inspiring keynote speaker. For many years, his unique lecture mix of psychology, motivation and fun has inspired the customers and employees of renowned companies such as Audi, Coca-Cola, Daimler, Lufthansa, Shell, Würth and Xerox. As a speaker, he won the overall victory, the audience award, and the speaker agency award at the "1st German Speaker Slam" in 2015. He was also awarded the media prize "Speaker of the Year 2015" and the "Coaching Award 2020". In March 2017, he presented the multi-part Sat. 1 show "So tickt der Mensch" alongside Ruth Moschner. Rolf Schmiel's publications in well-known publishing houses, such as Campus and Gabal, underline his psychological expertise.
