Stefan Kuntz is not just a European soccer champion - he has gained a wealth of experience in the sports sector, both as an active sportsman and in management. As CEO, he successfully managed the fortunes of Bundesliga club 1. FC Kaiserslautern for eight years, taking over the club in an almost hopeless situation. Thanks to him, the turnaround was successful. Among other things, he developed the award-winning “Herzblut campaign” when he took office, which ensured the economic survival of the traditional club. As an official, he was not only responsible for the team, but also for the team behind the team. He successfully managed a medium-sized company, which earned him the recognition and appreciation of German soccer officials, who appointed him to the board of the DFL and DFB. Born in Saarland, he knows the tricks of the trade on the pitch and in the tough business world and talks about them authentically and convincingly in his presentations.

Emotion meets economy: What business can learn from soccer
“Our decision to engage Stefan Kuntz as keynote speaker at this year's GradNight proved to be the right choice. In line with the motto prodesse et delectare, he instructed and entertained our 1,600 guests (graduates, professors, students, sponsors from Germany and abroad and VIPs from business, science, society and politics) in a professional and personable manner. Stefan Kuntz is a personality who impresses, convinces and wins people over, not only in terms of his presentation, but also his appearance, presence, rhetoric and gestures.”
Dr. Cristine Schweickard, Project Manager GradNight, Saarland University of Applied Sciences
“Stefan Kuntz's presentation to the managers of our group of companies on the topic of 'Leadership and values - parallels between professional soccer and the management of a commercial enterprise' was systematically and very clearly structured and used many examples such as success orientation, team building, personnel development, respect, mutual support, self-reflection and role model function to demonstrate comparable approaches. The participants at the event were not only impressed by the content, but also by the captivating nature of Stefan Kuntz's presentation.” Gerhard Theis, Managing Director of Karlsberg Holding GmbH, Homburg
