Stefan Marquard, TV and Michelin-starred chef, entrepreneur and consultant, learned his trade from scratch. On his career path, he acquired his know-how and experience in the most renowned establishments in Germany and in the 12 best restaurants in Italy. As "head chef" of the Taverna La Vigna in the "Schweizer Stuben" he was awarded the title of best Italian chef in Germany. His restaurant "Drei Stuben" in Meersburg achieved further highlights in his career with the award of 18 points in Gault-Millau and a star from Michelin. He also received the "Innovation of the Year 2000" award. He took on further challenges as head chef of Germany's largest restaurant, the "Lenbach" in Munich. In 2003, Stefan Marquard went into business for himself and is successfully working as a caterer, consultant and coach throughout Europe. In his lectures, he inspires his audience in a charming and provocative way. He knows how to encourage people to believe in themselves, to overcome boundaries and to become unique.

Marquard will be helping kitchen teams and children at ten Bavarian schools for a day.
