Antje Kruse ist Expertin für Organisationsentwicklung und komplexe Transformationsprozesse im Projektgeschäft. Mit über 25 Jahren Erfahrung in Führung, Training und Beratung begleitet sie Unternehmen in Veränderung – strukturiert, wirksam und auf Augenhöhe. Ihre Karriere begann in der Finanzwirtschaft: In leitenden Funktionen bei der Dresdner Bank und später der Commerzbank lernte sie die Herausforderungen moderner Unternehmensführung aus nächster Nähe kennen.
