Bjoern Steinbrink is a keynote speaker, trainer and THE expert for sleep training and regeneration and initiator of "FIT FOR SLEEP". He gained his practical experience in over 20 years in the field of marketing and health at well-known companies such as the fitness chain "INJOY". In 2008, Steinbrink switched to the sleep industry and has since then been intensively involved with the topic of sleep and regeneration in competitive sports and the private sector. Since 2019, Steinbrink has been running the "careholdervalue Institute for Sleep and Regeneration" with his colleague Dr. Michael Coll and developed the now university-validated sleep training, which was launched in cooperation with the STI-MEHN Institute at the Steinbeis+Akademie. In his lectures, training courses and seminars, he inspires his participants and, through rhetorical ease, manages to convey his topic of sleeping properly and regenerating in an informative and humorous way.

for top-class football academies, the BHC 06 or various
individual athletes such as the Olympic swimmer Christian vom Lehn. The "FIT FOR SLEEP" program has now also become an integral part of many companies in the BGF sector.

In November 2020, I and my colleague Dr. Michael Coll founded the "Careholdervalue Institute for Sleep and Regeneration". We had our certified program "FIT FOR SLEEP" validated by a university in 2021 and now support a large number of end customers, sports clubs and companies.

For our program "FIT FOR SLEEP", we train sleep trainers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. "FIT FOR SLEEP" now has the largest product-independent community of certified
sleep trainers in the DACH region.
