After graduating from high school, he went to the Steigenberger Hotel Management School and learned the business from the ground up. Further stations on his career path were the Sonnenalp Resort, Grand Hotel Esplanade, Schindlerhof and Best Western Premier Park Consul before he joined his parents' business, Hotel Der Blaue Reiter GmbH & Co. KG in 2006. He has been involved in the industry and for the industry for many years. Marcus Fränkle offers his clients a broad network. He shares his expertise with well-known and successful colleagues from the industry through his management consultancy MF Consulting. His clients include well-known small and medium-sized companies, start-ups and corporations. In his consultations, interviews, training sessions and lectures, he inspires participants with a firework display of best-practice examples and well-founded and lived knowledge of success.
