Hermann Simon studied economics and business administration and qualified as a professor at the University of Bonn. As a professor of business administration and marketing, he taught at the universities in Mainz and Bielefeld and as a visiting professor at Harvard Business School, Stanford, London Business School, INSEAD, Keio University Tokyo and MIT. Prof. Simon was CEO from 1995 to 2009 and is now Honorary Chairman of SIMON-KUCHER & PARTNERS Strategy & Marketing Consultants with 41 locations worldwide. He became internationally known primarily for his global bestseller "Hidden Champions", in which he analyzes the success strategies of medium-sized global market leaders. His focus is on strategy, marketing, globalization and pricing. He is a sought-after speaker worldwide and in his lectures he conveys concentrated expert knowledge in an authentic, practical and comprehensible way. Simon is also an investor and focuses on growth.
