In 1971, the qualified psychologist Jens Corssen was probably one of the first in Germany to practice as a behavioral therapist. In his advice, he focuses on the lifelong learning of attitudes and behaviors, rather than primarily processing childhood experiences. In his professional advice as a cognitive behavioral therapist, he does not ask about "problems" and does not carry out personality analyses. Rather, he wants to know what exactly you want to be able to do and achieve, and why you have not yet managed it. He conveys the essence of his 50 years of work as a conflict consultant, change consultant and coach for goal achievement in lectures, seminars and one-on-one discussions. As a specialist in mental self-leadership ("inner coaching"), he also advises managers from the fields of business and media. Jens Corssen is the founder of the philosophy of "The Self-Developer©", a philosophy and practice for excellent self-leadership that is now widely used in business.
