Mark T. Hofmann is one of the best-known profiling experts (ARD, CNN, Forbes) and applies profiling approaches to everyday business in inspiring keynote speeches: How can we see through our counterparts? What do managers need to know about cybercrime in 2023? How do you recognize lies? Even as a manager, in negotiations, in job interviews or in sales: it is always about reading people and assessing their behavior. From "profiling people" to "cybersecurity": the skills of the future - presented in an exciting and entertaining way. Hofmann is a criminal and intelligence analyst ("profiler"), trained and state-certified in the USA. The studied organizational psychologist (M.A.) has specialized in behavior and cyber profiling. At the age of 28, Hofmann was already training criminal and federal police officers in interrogation tactics. Today he is known as a profiling expert (ARD) and through numerous international TV and streaming formats (CNN, Forbes, 60 Minutes Australia, and many more). His clients include companies of all sizes, NGOs, authorities and top business negotiators.

Profiling People: Reading & Convincing People
What we can learn from the FBI about understanding people
Sales, leadership or negotiation: in everyday business life, it is always about reading people, recognizing lies and assessing their behavior or, in short, recognizing their motives.
Only those who really understand the other person's motives can convince rather than just persuade. Mark T. Hofmann changes the perspective: after the lecture you will begin to notice details that you have never seen before.
