Matthias Clesle, trainer, keynote speaker and consultant, has been successfully active in the training market for more than 20 years. He inspires and supports companies and managers to achieve effective and sustainable personnel development. In addition to well over 2,000 of his own events as a trainer and instructor, he is equally familiar with the needs of the business world, where he gained several years of practical experience as head of personnel development at a hidden champion. He has built up this knowledge academically as a lecturer at several universities and colleges. In his training courses, Matthias Clesle works with his participants to find concrete solutions to current challenges and thus creates sustainable implementation successes.
