TEAM SPIRIT – The power of WE
The dream of a winning team begins with a vision. Every member must be prepared to join in and also to submit. The company is bigger than every INDIVIDUAL. But not everyone is the same. There must be a management structure, a hierarchy, that also allows space for personal development and in which everyone recognizes their position. Everyone must be prepared to be the best in their position, in their task. The quality of the personnel, the professional and character suitability must go hand in hand with the ability to work in a team. A culture of debate without egoism and with sovereignty is an important part of everyday interaction. Contradictions are necessary as a stimulus for development. The principle of the anticyclical, the stability of the middle, is an important instrument. The greatest poison for a team is egoism, the too big "I". Less I and more WE.
Leadership creates orientation Responsibility – decision – balance
Leadership must create orientation and give people their place! First of all, there is a demand on the leader. He must be an expert, he must know what is being talked about and develop a sense of identification with leading people. One of the most important tasks of leadership is to create a hierarchy, an order and a "values-based" approach for those being led. The personality of the leader, his natural authority, his authenticity and his team spirit are his justification for responsibility for everyone! The yardstick for leadership is the application in the practical process, the developments.
