Nadine Alles-Berberich has been an expert in the field of marketing communication and employer branding for more than two decades. The career path of the graduate in media and communications management has been varied. It has taken her through a variety of positions in advertising agencies, the first German online market research institute, a public TV station and marketing departments in several companies. Her repertoire has included job titles from intern to DH student to editor to marketing consultant to press spokesperson. In reality, she has always done the same thing: tackled "communication issues" and led them unerringly to success. Today, she advises, supports and trains customers across Europe on topics in employer branding, personnel marketing and current issues in brand management. Nadine Alles-Berberich likes to let it rip on stage - either alone from the stage or together with the participants. This is also possible online. She manages to be remarkable in her consultations and keynotes and shows her customers the way to achieve them. True to the motto: "They are allowed to be strange, because embarrassing situations are merely a question of perspective."
