Rudi Ballreich, M. A. entrepreneur, author and passionate trainer, is an expert in leadership, organizational transformation and conflict management. Since 1994, he has been working as an organizational and conflict consultant with a focus on change management, organizational mediation and management training. At the University of Witten/Herdecke, he runs two in-service courses: Train the Trainer for Mindful Leadership and Systemic Organizational and Business Mediation. His clients include well-known medium-sized companies as well as international corporations. In coaching sessions, seminars and lectures, he inspires participants with his understandable way of communicating complex interrelationships. With his presence, clarity and confidence, he knows how to win people over and open them up to change. Rudi Ballreich encourages people to make decisions and take action. As an entrepreneur, he is the founder and managing director of Concadora GmbH. As the initiator of the Mindful Leadership Conferences, he is raising public awareness of the topic of "leading with presence, empathy and awareness".
