Dr. Sonja Deutschmann has been an enthusiastic coach for individuals and teams in organizations for many years. In line with her basic approach, she assumes that all the skills needed to find a solution are already present in the system. For her, understanding a problem as a competence is the key to successfully supporting goal-oriented processes in the client system. Her motivation is to create learning spaces in which people, teams and organizations can develop with joy. In order to inspire her clients with unusual concepts, she draws methodically and flexibly on models and approaches from different schools - in particular on the combination of the systemic approach with findings from modern neuroscience.
