Request a call back from an assistant
Thomas Fengler has been an international entrepreneur, manager and consultant for more than 30 years. As a pilot and captain, he also has more than 30 years of experience in the cockpit. He began his professional career at a young age as a naval officer and learned everything about leading and training employees from an early age. At the end of the 1980s, Thomas Fengler expanded the family business from 50 to 500 employees and brought it forward on an international level. He is able to transfer the successful management system of the cockpit world to company management and to convey this in a practical and clear way. With his own professional airline simulator, he trains managers, entrepreneurs and board members in his unique seminar center using the tried and tested cockpit method. In his lectures, he inspires the audience with practical examples and takes them on an unforgettable journey through the world of aviation and management with all its ups and downs.

“The cockpit training really appealed to me because I could see analogies to the management of my company right from the start. In addition, the knowledge elements demonstrated were clearly and precisely formulated and easy to absorb - you can't learn any faster! It became clear that my assistant's awareness of problems is completely different and that she is the informal copilot who does not appear at the top of any hierarchy. The virtues of the assistant should be put forward. Really highly recommended."
Jan-Christoph Maiwaldt, CEO, noventic GmbH
