"In March 2021, the Ministry of Economics, Labor and Health of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern hosted the first Digital Training Day MV, for which we were able to win Carina Jantsch as moderator.

With her appealing rhetoric and an open, relaxed yet persistent style, she made a significant contribution to the success of the event.

Even during the extensive preparation phase of the digital event, Ms. Jantsch was able to impress with her professionalism by comprehensively researching the various topics and content of the contributions and working closely with the organizers to develop an elaborate production plan.

During the course of the event, she succeeded in shaping the transitions between a large number of digitally pre-produced contributions with an appealingly fresh moderation live in the studio in such a way that the original character of a specialist conference was pleasantly loosened up and the audience felt addressed in a friendly and engaging manner.

With this style, Ms. Jantsch was also able to characterize the interviews she conducted with the actors of the various contributions with reference to spontaneously received user inquiries.

A particular challenge at the end of the all-day event was the moderation of a panel discussion with six participants from politics, the economic and social partners, interest groups and expert circles. Some of them were present in the studio or were connected digitally. Ms. Jantsch conducted the discussion with freshness, empathy and determination and worked out a common consensus among the various stakeholders.
